Transportation is point-to-point only as per the itinerary inclusions; the vehicle is not at your disposal.
In case of flight cancellations, delays, or natural disasters, any extra expenses must be borne by the guest.

As per the rules, only ₹100 INR currency notes are accepted in Nepal. Denominations above ₹100 are not accepted.
If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided. Hotel availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Any personal expenses not included in the package must be paid directly at checkout time.
Scanned ID copies, rooming list, and meal preferences must be emailed before arrival.
Any itinerary changes must be communicated in advance.
No vehicle stops for lunch during arrival or departure transfers.
