Annapurna Circuit trek is one of the most popular moderate-level trekking routes among trekkers in Nepal. The route comprises highlands & lowlands, mountains, basins, watersheds, waterfalls, conservation areas, historical places, religious places, and natural scenery. One can explore the northwest region of Nepal and enjoy the culture, tradition, and atmosphere.

Mountains like Annapurna, Machhapuchhre (fishtail), Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Lakes like Tilicho (which lies at a high altitude) rivers like Marsyangdi, and Kali Gandaki are the major attraction of this trek. Furthermore,  one will have the experience of crossing the highest pass of this region, Thorang-La pass (5419 m and discover the religious site of Buddhists and Hindus at Muktinath Temple

Annapurna Circuit Trek covers a wide range of cultural and geographical varieties. That exposes every little aspect of its natural and cultural beauty. The lifestyle and traditions of the citizens in the Annapurna region are really fascinating. Even the remote villages on this route offer quality lodges and guest houses. They are eagerly waiting to serve tourists with enormous hospitality. There are over 1,000 lodges, tea houses, and hundreds of other subsidiary services to cater to trekkers, travelers, and pilgrims.


Our office representative will pick up you from Kathmandu Airport & Transfer to your hotel. O/N stays the night in Kathmandu. Evening, meet your guide and porter at Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel

After early breakfast drive from Kathmandu to Bulbule by a local coach. A long chain of a green hill on both sides and a beautiful river on the right side follow you during the 6-7 hours drive to Bulbule. You will pass through Marsyangdi river valley to Besisahar and finally reach to Khudi. Overnight stay at Lodge

It takes around 5/6 hours a normal walk to reach Bahundanda. On the way, you cross the bridge and continue your trek to the north above the Marsyangdi River. The changes in the valley’s ecosystem and its physical characteristics become evident now. Overnight stay at Lodge

Today you have an exciting walk for 6 hours to reach  Dharapani. You descend to the valley floor and then, crossing the river. Overnight stay at Lodge

After breakfast continues the trek up the river valley and passes the Gurung Village Thonje to Bagarchhap. Throughout the day there are nice views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV (7525m). Overnight stay at Lodge

Today, you will continue with a long pleasant, and mostly level walk through the forest to Brathang, which lies at 2950 meters. After the trail rounds a bend here you see the first view of the dramatic Paungda Danda rock face, a tremendous curved slab of rock rising more than 1500 meters from the river. Today, you have to trek up to the Tibetan-style village of Bryaga at 3500 meters following the valley floor. At Braga you see houses stacked one atop the other, each with an open veranda formed by a neighbor’s rooftop. The gompa perched on a high crag overlooking the village is the largest in the district and has an outstanding display of statues. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Today is a rest day at Manang. It is important for you to acclimatize at this point furthering your trip because the altitude is going to rise up to 4700m in coming treks. You may hike to Chonkor View Point and to the monastery. The day can be utilized prepared by you for further trekking.

Today the trail ascends gently all the way to Yak Kharka passing through Gunsang (3960m.) village. En route, we will see panoramic views of Annapurna Mountain Range.

This day you reach the highest point of the trek. From Yak Kharka you will continue to climb along the east bank of the Jarang Khola to Thorung Phedi, a rock-strewn meadow surrounded by vertical cliffs at 4420 meters. Blue sheep and even snow leopards can be seen sometimes in this valley. High in the skies above, you can see lammergeyers and Himalayan griffons circling around.

Today, the long trek starts before sunrise, maybe at 0400 hrs to reach the pass by 0900/1000 hrs at the latest,  otherwise, weather conditions will greatly affect the journey. You cross over at an altitude of 5416m, so it can be affected by strong winds if you do late.

After visiting Muktinath Temple trek down the Kali Gandaki Gorge, initially through arid country in the same geographical and climatic zone as Tibet. After passing through Jharkot and Khingar villages with typical Tibetan architecture, we follow path steeply down to Kagbeni. Kagbeni is the border for Upper Mustang.

After breakfast trek down to Kagbeni, Then continue trek to Jomson You descend continues through the Kali Gandaki Valley to Marpha. Marpha is home to many apple orchids as well as all the various food products made from the fruit.

You further trek down the Kali Gandaki valley alongside the Kali Gandaki river to Ghasa. You pass the villages of Tukuche at 2580m and Larjung at 2560 meters. Then you cross the Kali Gandaki River.  

Note: If you want to make your trek short, then you can take a domestic flight ( 15 Minutes ) or Jeep Drive ( 8 Hrs) to Pokhara.

Today the trek leads you through the steepest and narrow part of the Kali Gandaki valley. Before you reach the village of Dana (1450m) you pass the Rupse Chhahara (‘beautiful waterfall’). Descending further down pass there will be several landslides then you reach Tatopani, meaning hot water, which is situated on the riverbanks where you can stop and take a natural hot water bath. It is a 6 hours walk from Ghasa to Tatopani.

Leaving the hot springs behind you have a day of climbing Ghorepani. You leave the Kali Gandaki valley and follow the Ghar Khola river and cross this river through the old swing bridge. You continue ascending to Ghara (1780m) and Shika (1935m) where there is a British army training center. The last part of the trail today is climbing through rhododendron and magnolia forests to Ghorepani 

Early in the morning about an hour’s hiking to Poon Hill (3210m) leads you to a brilliant viewpoint for a beautiful sunrise over the high Himalayas. From here the trail up to Tikhedhunga is steeply descending passing through terraces and some robust villages.

Today is the last day hike day. The trails gradually descend following Bhurung Khola (Bhurung Stream) all the way to Birethanti before we cross the Modi Khola over the suspension bridge a short walk & we reach Nayapul, where our vehicle will be waiting to drive us back to Pokhara
