Bhutan, also known as the “Land of the Thunder Dragon”, is a small country that can be found on the southern edge of the eastern Himalaya. Bhutan is still one of the most popular places to travel to in South Asia. It blends varied and dramatic landscapes, Buddhist history, and a controlled tourism agenda for a rewarding travel experience that will live long in memory.

Bhutan Tour can be processed from India Bhutan border, typically Phuentsholing. However, Golden Nepal Holidays will provide pickup service from Bagdogra Airport, Siliguri, or New Jalpaiguri Railway Junction (NJP). A long drive from Phuentsholing to Thimphu or Paro takes several hours. The required documents for Indian nationals are either a passport (valid for 6 months) or a Voter ID card.
Arrive at IXB/NJP, receive and transfer to Phuentsholing. Overnight in Phuentsholing.
After breakfast transfer to Thimpu, the modern capital of Bhutan. Evening visits Buddha View Point and walks around the Thimpu market. Overnight stay in Thimpu.
After breakfast full day Thimpu sightseeing covering: National Chorten, National Library, National Heritage Museum, Memorial Chorten, Tashicho Dzong, Mothinthang Zoo, Handicraft Emporium, and Art & Craft School. Overnight stay in Thimpu.
After breakfast transfer to Punakha. En-route visit Dorchu La Pass from where one can see beautiful Mountain ranges of Bhutan (if weather is clear). Check-in and overnight in Punakha.
After breakfast, Punakha sightseeing will visit Punakha Dzong, Chimi Lakhang (Fertility Monastery) and Suspension Bridge. Overnight stay in Punakha.
After breakfast transfer to Paro. Post lunch local sightseeing covering: Ta Dzong, Drukyal Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang and Rinpung Dzong. Overnight stay in Paro.
After breakfast visit Taktsang Lhakhang also known as “Tiger’s Nest Monastery”. Optional drive to Chele la Pass, highest motor-driven pass (3700 Meters). Overnight stay in Paro.
After breakfast transfer to Phuentsholing. Overnight in Phuentsholing.
After breakfast transfer to IXB/NJP for your departure to your Home town.
